Following on from March’s meeting on the implications of Competition Law, the FCA are joining the July SHCOG meeting to discuss the recent action against a number of asset management firms.

This enforcement case sheds light on the FCA’s approach to discussions between competitors, and the role of bookrunners in capital markets transactions.

The panel session will analyse the key lessons from the case and give members a chance to question the FCA team with responsibility in this area.
